Important Shop Policies
Order processing time is approximately 3 to 5 business days (excluding RUSH orders; see Shipping Policy), though may be longer during busy periods. Trust that we will do our absolute best to get all orders fulfilled and shipped as expeditiously as possible!
Some quick notes about our web store policies to help clear up some questions that we received recently:
1. If an item says "Assorted" or "Asst" or similar in the title, then that item comes in a variety of styles and is NOT sold as a set. This is also called out in the item description. You may request a particular style in the order notes, but due to rapidly changing inventories, we cannot guarantee you will receive your chosen style (though we will try our absolute best!). Items sold in sets will be specified as such in the product title (for example, 2/set or 12/set).
2. ITEM QUANTITY/AVAILABILITY CHANGES QUICKLY, PARTICULARLY WITH SEASONAL ITEMS!! If an item in your order is out of stock and on back order, we will make one attempt to contact you by email and/or phone within one business day of your order being placed. If we cannot reach you or do not hear back from you by the end of the next business day after we contact you, we will refund you the amount of that item and process the remainder of your order (unless we expect the out of stock item to be back in stock within one week of your order date). If your order contains an item that is discontinued and no longer in stock, we will refund the cost of that item and process the remainder of your order.
3. All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Primitive Renditions LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
