Shipping policy

FREE shipping on all web store orders over $99 (after coupons or discounts) and flat-rate shipping on orders under $99 to the lower 48 states - see map below (Northeast = $10.95; Midwest and South = $12.95; West = $14.95).  Shipping to Canada is available and is based on actual USPS rates.  Items shipped from our shop in Vernon will be based on calculated rates, not flat rates.   NOTE:  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Expedited Processing - for an additional charge of $10, we can expedite the processing of any order if it's received by 11:00 AM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Expedited orders will be processed and shipped between 1-3 business days. We do not control the speed at which shipping companies deliver packages.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.  Expedited processing only accelerates the fulfillment of orders at our warehouse.  

Orders are processed as soon as possible and are typically shipped within 3-5 business days following order placement, though it may take slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or busy periods.  We always make every effort to get every order shipped as soon as we can.  If you need your order faster, we highly recommend the expedited shipping option.  Please double-check your address, as we will ship to the exact address you provide.  We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information, and additional shipping charges must be paid by the customer to re-ship the order.  A shipping tracking number is provided with all orders.  Once tracking is assigned, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.  Primitive Renditions LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping companies.

Ship to Store - this option was discontinued as of December 1, 2025.  We continue to offer flat rate shipping to the northeast for $10.95, and all orders over $99 ship for free.
