Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS:

If you choose to return an item, you must email us at primitiverenditions@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.  Returns for online orders must be reported no later than 3 days after your order is delivered (determined by tracking number).  We will issue you a return number which must be included in your return shipment.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items (i.e., 80% of the item's price plus any applicable sales tax will be refunded to you).  Original shipping cost will not be refunded.  Original shipping fees paid on items to be returned are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a tracking number must be provided by the customer.  Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, which must be in new condition with tags.  If returned items are damaged during transit or are not in new condition (and with tags where applicable), then the refund will be denied.  For seasonal items, food items, sprays and items on Sale, all sales are final - no returns.

Order refund requests must be received no later than 24 hours after placing the order, and are subject to a 3% refund fee (i.e., 97% of your order total will be refunded to you if the request is received within 24 hours).  Refunds will not be given after this 24 hour period.  Refunds also cannot be given on orders when expedited processing is selected.

Every order is important and we do our best to ship all orders as complete as possible and pack each order with care. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may result in an order that arrives at it's destination with signs of a "rough" journey. If this should happen please contact us as soon as possible after the delivery. All shortages and damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of order. If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton and packing materials and contact us immediately.
